Here you will find mental health and emotional wellbeing support suitable for young people aged 10-18. We'll share tips and resources to help you to maintain a healthy mind.

Asking for help can feel daunting and knowing where to turn is sometimes confusing. Our team consists of mental health practitioners who work in your school or college. We are on hand to help if you need us.

We can help you with anxiety and depression, body image, exam stress, struggles with gender identity and sexuality and more. To access support, please speak to your teachers or another member of staff at your school or college.
