Behavioural Activation

Behavioural activation is about encouraging children to get more out of life through activities that lift their mood. Find out how it works and how you can support children you work with.

Worry Management

Getting a good night of sleep is really important for children and young people and helps them to maintain a healthy mind. This leaflet provides information and tips on improving sleep.

 

Graded Exposure

Graded exposure is an intervention which helps us to stop avoiding things that we fear. Find out more about it.

Self-esteem

If lots of things effect a child’s self-esteem over time, this might lead to mental health problems such as depression or anxiety. This leaflet explains more about self-esteem and how young people can improve their self-esteem.

 

Sleep Hygiene
